a. Someone you know, but not that well: If you’re not close to the person, get to know each other better. They’re not likely to listen to spiritual conversation if you’re not willing to take the time to know the person.
b. A passing interaction can be meaningful. Talk and share with them; God may have planted a seed through you for someone else to nurture later.
c. Even if you never speak to someone, but can tell something is bothering them. . (ex. Someone cuts you off in traffic.) They still need prayer.
a. Be willing to say I don’t know if they ask a question that you don’t know the answer to.
a. You won’t often get that certainty. Don’t become so immersed in helping one person you forgot to be on the lookout for others to help as well.
b. Don’t forget about the person you’ve already helped. Keep praying, keep in touch and continue to encourage them.
Specific prayer items:
· That God will open their heart and mind to His presence and will start working on them to soften their heart.
· That if the opportunity arises that you or whoever it is that interacts with them would have the right words to speak to their heart.
